Interacting with players

1.1   You may speak only English in World Chat.
Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• 1st. Player will be warned, or muted in the case that they know the rule already (repeated warnings / mutes in the past)

1.2.  No spamming, flaming, insulting other players, starting drama or excessive vulgarity in any channel.
Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• 1st. Player will be warned.
• 2nd. Player will be muted for 24 hours in the world chat if that's where they were causing problems. If the problematic messages were sent in other channels, the player will be globally muted for 24 hours.
• Posting links to (inappropriate) websites/images will result in an immediate permanent account ban.

1.3. No leaking of sensitive data, private chats between players and GMs in order to falsely represent a situation. (Intended or not)

• The Admin may warn the player or in serious cases prohibit the player from playing on the server

1.4 Any damage caused towards the reputation of the Staff members or the Server for the sheer purpose of damaging the reputation of the Staff/Server if seen by the GM as such can be punished with a permanent ban.

This includes insults towards Admins or GMs regardless of the platform - This offense will be punished with a permanent ban if the insulted Staff member sees it fitting.

2.   No continuous harassment or serious insults, this includes, real life/family insults, racism, sexual harassment.
Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• 1st. Depending on the offense, player will be warned, muted or account banned for 5 days.
  2nd. If the player continues with the harassment the account in question will be banned  1 month ~ Permanently. (This implicates returning with an alt character/account to keep the problems going).
• 3rd. Ultimately if the player continues causing problems and insulting other players, the IP related to that account and related accounts will be banned permanently.

2.1.  Absolutely no giving out anyone's personal or real life information. This includes webpages, messenger names, phone numbers, or addresses.
Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• Player will be banned depending on the offense.

3.  No names to be found overly offensive. (Example: racial slurs or obscenities)
Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• Character will be forced to change the name or banned permanently depending on circumstances

3.1 No making new characters/factions to troll, insult, or mimic an existing character or faction.
Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• 1st. Player will be warned and asked to delete troll character or faction or banned for 1 day if name contains insult
• 2nd. Player will be banned for a 3 days and the troll character or faction will be deleted.

4. Using any methods which purpose is to obtain account details of other players without their awareness or logging on player's account to take their items without their will, results in permanent ban of all linked accounts of the cheater. This includes impersonation, pasting scamming links, asking for account details in order to "donate", or stealing items from account you share, but don't own.

4.1 Using any methods to cheat/scam the person from items will result in few days account ban up to permanent ban, depending on the scale of the offense. This includes Points scamming or purposefully putting wrong amount of EC on trade window.

4.2  GM impersonation is forbidden - player will receive warning or ban, depending on the circumstances.

4.3 Racism in any form or way is not tolerated and will be punished with a permanent ban.

4.4 No advertisements, with exceptions that players can advertise their own work.
Breaking this rule will result on the following:

• 1st. Player will be warned.
• 2nd. Player will be muted or banned with length that is depending on player's offense.

4.5 Real Money Trading (Accounts & Characters)

Selling, buying, trading, or advertising accounts or characters for real-world money or any other form of real-world compensation is strictly prohibited.

Knowingly assisting, protecting, hiding, or facilitating players involved in Real Money Trading (RMT) is considered complicity and will be punished accordingly.

Penalties

Violation of this rule will result in:

• Permanent ban of all accounts involved in the transaction, regardless of their current owner.
• Purchased accounts will be permanently banned, even if ownership has changed.
• Permanent IP ban and Hardware (MAC/HWID) ban for the seller.
• Additional sanctions may be applied to any accounts linked to the offender.

4.5.1 Buyers & Sellers

Players who provide verified reports of Real Money Trading will continue to receive a reward of 200 Cubi.

In addition, our AI-based trade monitoring system actively analyzes suspicious transactions and account activity. Accounts identified through this system may be permanently banned without prior warning.

If a seller is confirmed to have engaged in Real Money Trading:

• The seller will be permanently banned.
• The buyer will be permanently banned.
• Every player who previously purchased accounts, characters, items, currency, or services from that seller may also be permanently banned, even if those transactions occurred before the seller was detected.

By participating in Real Money Trading, buyers accept the risk that all current and previous transactions with an RMT seller may be investigated and punished.

4.6 Real Money Trading (Items, Currency & Services)

Selling, buying, trading, or advertising items, equipment, currency, Cubi, boosting services, or any other in-game goods for real-world money or any other form of real-world compensation is strictly prohibited.

Knowingly assisting, protecting, hiding, or facilitating players involved in such transactions is considered complicity and will be punished accordingly.

Penalties

Violation of this rule will result in:

• Permanent ban of every account involved in the transaction, regardless of its current owner.
• Shared accounts will not be exempt from punishment.
• Permanent IP ban and Hardware (MAC/HWID) ban for the seller.
• Additional sanctions may be applied to any accounts linked to the offender.

Important

High-value items or fully geared accounts that are claimed to have been gifted or loaned to another player may require proof that the transfer was legitimate if the account becomes involved in an RMT investigation.

Acceptable evidence includes, but is not limited to:

• A Discord conversation predating the trade.
• Other verifiable communication clearly showing that the transfer was intended as a genuine gift or loan.
• The approximate date of the discussion so staff can verify the conversation.

If sufficient evidence cannot be provided, the transfer will be presumed to be an attempt to conceal an illegal Real Money Trading transaction until proven otherwise.

Conversations or evidence created after the investigation has begun, altered logs, or fabricated screenshots will not be accepted.

The burden of proving that a suspicious transfer was a legitimate gift or loan rests entirely with the players involved. Staff are not required to prove that real money changed hands when the available evidence reasonably indicates Real Money Trading.

4.7 Mentioning other servers on our platforms (Game or discord) is prohibited and will result with a permanent ban.

4.8 Card Bosses

Intentionally disrupting another player during card Boss farming or stealing their card Bosses, whether alone or in a squad, will result in a 24-hour ban. The ban duration will increase with repeated offense.

Note: Video evidence will be required in order to prove people stealing the card bosses

4.9 Commission Shop prices (**Scam Alert**)

Players should assure that their prices set in commission shop represent a realistic value of the item presented and/or depending on the current **by players created** global price.

Prices that cause newbies or players completely new to PWI to miss-click and lose their items (***Example: Cubi x100 = 1 coin***) will be from now on punished as follows:

1. Warning the player purposely setting these prices up in order to scam others
2.  Ban of 72 hours after repeating that action or ignoring the warning
3. Permanently being banned if persistent with his actions.

Note: This occurrence falls under the Scam/Fraud section and will be punished.

Contact with staff members

5. No arguing with a GM or accusing GM of favoritism towards players or guild for any reason in any chat. If you have a problem send a private message in game or on the forum to BeasT and or Raven.
Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• 1st. If the player in question is disturbing the server to complain about a Game Master action, the player will be warned to stop the comments that are leading into problems.
• 2nd. If the player continues to disturb the server with his comments in any chat, he will be banned from game with length depending on the offense.
• 3rd. If the conversation between the Game Master in question and the player in question doesn't reach a stable decision, there will be a meeting between the GM's to discuss how to punish the player.

5.1.  Serious insults or harassing Game Master will cause player's account to banned with length depending on the offense. Changing alt characters to continue harassment can make all accounts of the player be banned permanently.

5.2  The support chat room is for assistance only. If you do not have a question/problem to be solved by a staff member, please do not use the chat. Staff will never invite you to the chat room. Players who abuse the chat room by joining and spamming invites to it will receive a two hour account ban. Continued abuse will result in a 1 day ban. Punishment after that will be determined by the staff.

5.3 Sharing accounts/items between players is allowed, but not recommended. If you decide to still share your account/items with somebody, the Evolved Staff won't help you solve an issue, eventually resulting in the sharing. So share your accounts/items only if you are ready to take the risk.

Game client usage

6.  Abusing in-game glitches and unintended developer bugs to get any advantage is forbidden.
Breaking this rule will result on the following:

• 1st. Player will be warned to stop using bug or be account banned with length that is depending on the player's offense.

6.1.  Multi-clienting is allowed – Having 3 characters / toons online at the same time. However there are some exceptions. You may not multi-client in:

·         Nation Wars - except your IP is being shared and used by other members from your household playing on Evolved PWI

·         Sunset Valley - except your IP is being shared and used by other members from your household playing on Evolved PWI

Additional:

·         Territorial Wars - You may have only 3 characters in TW, except your IP is being shared and used by other members from your household playing on Evolved PWI

Note: Exceptions are only considered if you have previously registered your Household/People launching the game through the same IP Address.

Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• 1st.  Player will be warned and have his alts kicked from game (6 hours ban – Automatically done)
• 2nd. If player keeps multi-clienting despite warning, he will be banned with length that is depending on the offense.

Note: Sharing accounts/items is allowed, but any rule violation committed on those accounts can be transferred/applied and/or accredited towards all players sharing it. So share your accounts/items wisely!

6.2. Creating or selling cheats, hacks, bots, or any software that alters the online game experience is not allowed.
Breaking this rule will result in the following:

• 1st.  Permanent ban to the main account of the user that created or sold the software.
• 2nd. On repeated offenses, permanent ban to all of the user’s accounts, along with a permanent block from the game for the user.

6.3 Abusing game bugs or other forms of exploits in order to gain benefit or distract/prevent others from playing will result in the following:

• Permanent ban of your main account as well as other accounts possessed by the person abusing the exploit, using a 3rd partition program or abusing a bug.

6.4 Reporting game systems (e.g., crafting, upgrading, or other mechanics) as bugged without valid evidence, or in cases where the issue cannot reasonably be verified, is prohibited.

If an investigation determines that the reported issue is the result of a player’s misunderstanding, lack of knowledge, or intentional misrepresentation—especially in situations where the player is already aware of how the system functions—the following penalties will apply:

• First offense: Warning
• Repeated offense: Permanent account ban

Note:
This rule is intended to prevent abuse of the reporting system, including attempts to gain unfair advantages (such as claiming loss of items that were never obtained or misused), as well as to avoid unnecessary allocation of Game Master resources on cases that are unverifiable or based on incorrect assumptions.

Multi-Account Voting

You can ONLY vote with one account in the same day, voting on different accounts (alts) is bannable (The same day). Regardless of having access to more IPs, Phone internet (Data) and similar. You may vote with different accounts on different days. 

In case you break the Multi-Account voting rule, you will be permanently banned without any warning.
